Lower Level Chapel

Lower Level Chapel - 

The altar, pulpit, tabernacle, and baldachin surrounding it, shown here, as well as other furnishings such as the statue bases, came to us from the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Duryea, which closed in April 2015.

Also located in the Lower Level are statues of Saint John the Evangelist, Saint Joseph, Saint Casimir, and Saint John the Baptist, which were formerly displayed in the upper church. Each of these statues came from the respective church buildings of the four parishes which consolidated into Saint John the Evangelist Parish.
